I am a big believer in keeping educational toys on hand for my son. Things that will work on all kinds of developmental milestones and will last throughout the years. I also like toys that we can use to work on not only different milestones but different educational components, like sorting, learning colors, numbers, etc. For this reason, my go-to brand has always been Melissa & Doug because they are so versatile.
