Since having Madison, I haven’t had much time for myself. Truth be told, life has been really hard for me lately. It seems like all I do is shuttle kids around, wash kids, feed kids, etc. It’s all about the kids lately and I feel lost to motherhood. So when Amy Lundy from The Mother of All Baby Showers contacted me to partner up, I was thrilled!
The Mother of All Baby Showers is a true one-stop shopping experience for gathering useful information and resources, meeting other parents and parents-to-be, celebrating parenthood and getting pampered and gifted in the process.
There will be a ton of great resources and representatives from a ton of great parent-lead businesses, as well as local resources like Gessy Targate-Johnson, Director of the Family Birthplace at Memorial Hospital Miramar.
About The Mother of All Baby Showers
The Mother of All Baby Showers is an annual adults-only one-of-a-kind experience for pregnancy, parenting and growing families to engage with organizations and companies that offer the best products, services, and expert advice for their families. We have carefully selected unique partners who we know will benefit from the tremendous promotional opportunities and who will offer the most value to our attendees. The founder, social planner and mother behind the event is Amy Lundy, a South Florida native, event producer and marketing executive.
2017 marks the fifth year that the annual event is taking place in the South Florida area. The first event took place in November 2012 in Tampa, Florida. The event has expanded into new markets, including the Washington, DC metro area, Orlando, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The celebratory and educational event marks one of the most special times in expectant and new parents’ lives in a very big way. For more information, please visit www.themotherofallbabyshowers.com.
This is a great opportunity to gather all the information you will need for the arrival of your baby. Also, if you have any questions about your toddler, there will be people there for that too. I am personally looking forward to meeting Laura Knech from Good Little SleesperZzzz because I can’t get Madison out of my bed and I really want to. When it comes to Madison and sleep, she only sleeps well if she’s being held and that is not good for my productivity.
There will be loads of great partners that will be available for you to meet as well as a Try It Before You Buy It area that will give attendees the chance to interact with more than 30 maternity, juvenile and family focused national and local companies. What I like best of all is that proceeds from this event will benefit the Miami Diaper Bank where 100% of the donations will go to families in crisis following Hurricane Irma.
The Mother of All Baby Showers is sure to be a great event for a great cause, and I can’t wait for my adult night out!
